These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the crickix platform — Bangladesh's English-language online casino and cricket betting destination. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any bet.

Eligibility & Age Restriction
Access to crickix and all services offered on the platform — including casino games, cricket betting, live dealer tables, slots, and any promotional offers — is strictly limited to individuals who meet the following eligibility criteria:

Age Verification (KYC): crickix may request documentary proof of age at any point — including prior to first deposit, before first withdrawal, or at any time our compliance team deems it necessary. Acceptable documents include a valid National ID Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documentation within the required timeframe will result in account suspension and, where applicable, return of funds.

Account Registration & Verification

The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a Bangladesh-based mobile number for account verification.
Account Security Obligations
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. crickix will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or phone. Any activity conducted under your account credentials — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. One Account Rule
Each individual may register only one account on crickix. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or any other method of circumventing this rule — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, all accounts will be suspended, all associated bonus balances will be forfeited, and withdrawal requests across all accounts will be subject to enhanced review. Real-money balances in confirmed duplicate accounts may be returned to the original deposit source at the platform's discretion.
Information Accuracy
All information provided during registration and at any subsequent point must be truthful and accurate. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your government-issued identification, or a payment account that does not belong to you — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination without prior notice. crickix bears no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.
KYC Document Submission
As part of the account verification process, and at any time during the lifecycle of your account, crickix may request one or more of the following documents:
- Proof of Identity: National ID Card (NID), valid passport, or driving licence issued by Bangladesh government authorities.
- Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement, or other official document showing your name and residential address in Bangladesh, dated within the last 90 days.
- Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of the bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or bank account used to deposit funds.
Withdrawal requests may be held pending until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed. crickix processes KYC documents within 1–3 business days (Bangladesh Standard Time).
Section 4
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on crickix are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). crickix does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. Currency conversion (where applicable) is performed at the prevailing market rate at the time of transaction, and any conversion fees are the responsibility of the player.

Deposit Rules
- Minimum deposit: ৳500. Maximum deposit per transaction: ৳500,000 (subject to payment method limits).
- Deposits are credited to your crickix balance instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact support with proof of transaction.
- You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension and refund to the original source.
- crickix does not charge a fee on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — please verify with your provider before initiating a transfer.
Withdrawal Rules
- Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single withdrawal: ৳200,000 (higher amounts may require additional verification).
- Withdrawals are processed within 1–24 hours of approval, subject to KYC completion and any applicable bonus wagering requirements being met.
- Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the deposit wherever technically possible. Where the original method is no longer available, alternative arrangements must be verified by the compliance team.
- crickix does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times may vary depending on the receiving financial institution.
- crickix reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals above ৳50,000.
Anti-Money Laundering Notice: crickix operates strict anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. Any deposits that appear inconsistent with normal gambling activity may be flagged for review. Wagering Requirements
All bonus funds awarded by crickix are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x, 35x) will be clearly stated on the specific promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that are not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.
Bonus Eligibility
Bonuses are offered at crickix's sole discretion and may be targeted at specific player segments, new registrants, or existing players who meet certain activity criteria. A player may only claim any given bonus once unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times via duplicate accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture and account suspension.
General Bonus Conditions
- Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds. Real-money funds are used first; bonus funds are applied once the real-money balance reaches zero (unless stated otherwise in specific bonus terms).
- Maximum bet size when playing with an active bonus is ৳1,000 per round or bet unless the specific promotion states a higher limit. Bets exceeding this cap while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
- Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino games, cricket betting, and other table games may contribute at a reduced rate (e.g., 10%–20%). The contribution table is published on each relevant promotion page.
- crickix reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify its terms, or reclaim bonus funds if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the offer has been exploited or abused.
- Bonuses cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for cash at face value without meeting wagering requirements.

Game Rules & Fair Play

Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing a wager. crickix accepts no responsibility for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of individual game mechanics.
RNG & Game Integrity
All casino games and slots on crickix use certified random number generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and audited. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published by the game provider for each title. crickix does not alter the RTP of any game. Game results are final once the round is completed and cannot be reversed by the platform except in cases of a confirmed technical malfunction.
Cricket Betting Markets
Cricket betting markets on crickix cover domestic and international fixtures including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and ICC tournaments. Odds are set according to real-time market data. All settled bets are final. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or declared void by the relevant cricket authority (e.g., ICC, BCB), bets will be settled according to the published cricket betting rules for that market type.
Technical Malfunctions
In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game — such as a server disconnection during a live casino round, a slot spin being interrupted, or a betting market being incorrectly priced — crickix reserves the right to void the affected bet or game round and return the staked amount to the player's balance. Winnings generated as a direct result of a confirmed technical error are not payable and will be removed from the account balance.
Collusion & Cheating
Any form of cheating, collusion, use of bots or automated software, exploitation of software bugs, or any other method of gaining an unfair advantage on crickix is strictly prohibited. crickix employs real-time fraud detection systems to identify irregular betting patterns. Where cheating or collusion is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed, all balances will be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming

We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take that responsibility seriously. The following tools are available to all registered account holders at no charge, accessible directly from the Account Settings area:
- Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps in ৳ BDT. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
- Session Time-Outs: Take a temporary break from the platform for periods of 24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or a custom duration. During a time-out, your account will be inaccessible for gaming and deposits.

Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on crickix. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where warranted.
- Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with the platform
- Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities for financial gain
- Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
- Using stolen, unauthorised, or third-party payment methods
- Money laundering or using crickix to process funds from illegal activities
- Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions
- Abusing bonus offers through systematic exploitation or arbitrage strategies
- Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited
- Threatening, harassing, or abusing crickix staff or other players
- Any activity that could damage the reputation or operation of crickix
Section 9
Intellectual Property
All content on the crickix website — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, software, and the overall design and layout — is the property of crickix or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The crickix name, logo, and all related marks are proprietary brand assets of crickix.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the crickix website and its services for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:
- Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from crickix without prior written permission
- Modify or create derivative works based on crickix content
- Use any data mining, robots, scraping, or similar data gathering tools on the platform
- Use the crickix brand, logo, or trademark in any manner without prior written consent

Limitation of Liability

- Delays in payment processing caused by the player's bank or mobile money provider

Disclaimer: crickix provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

Amendments & Termination
crickix reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, registered users will be notified via email. Minor clarifications or corrections may be made without individual notification. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at crickix/terms-conditions and the "Last updated" date will reflect any revision.
crickix reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account — with or without prior notice — in the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete satisfactory KYC verification within the required timeframe
- Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
- At the player's own request (voluntary account closure or self-exclusion)
- Regulatory or compliance requirements that make it necessary to close the account
Upon termination of an account for breach, any real-money balance remaining will be reviewed by the compliance team. Legitimate funds not associated with any prohibited activity will be returned to the player's verified payment method. Bonus balances and associated winnings will be forfeited in all cases of termination for breach.
A player who wishes to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting support@crickix. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 5 business days (BST). Any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the player's verified payment method after any applicable wagering requirements are resolved.
